Overview
Judy joined Miller Thomson LLP in August of 2024. She brings with her over 30 years’ experience working in the corporate legal field, both in law firms and in-house.
As a corporate paralegal, Judy has experience with:
- Drafting documents for all types of corporate and tax transactions including, but not limited to, incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, continuances, redemptions, dividends, dissolutions, revivals and extra-provincial registrations
- Creating and maintaining minute books and corporate records
- Reviewing minute books, identifying deficiencies and material issues, as well as recommending solutions
