Judy Kemp

Judy joined Miller Thomson LLP in August of 2024. She brings with her over 30 years’ experience working in the corporate legal field, both in law firms and in-house.

As a corporate paralegal, Judy has experience with:

• Drafting documents for all types of corporate and tax transactions including, but not limited to, incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, continuances, redemptions, dividends, dissolutions, revivals and extra-provincial registrations
• Creating and maintaining minute books and corporate records
• Reviewing minute books, identifying deficiencies and material issues, as well as recommending solutions
