Morning Recess: An Education Industry Seminar Series

On April 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., we will be presenting our next webinar, in a series called Principals’ 101, which over the course of the 2022-2023 school year will cover a variety of topics for new school principals and those who would like a refresh. Our next webinar of the series is Human Rights – Part 3 Employee Accommodation. We will outline the duty to accommodate employees pursuant to the Human Rights Code, how that duty intersects with harassment pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and provide best practices to assist administrators to understand when staff have a right to accommodation and steps that should be taken.
