Mariner’s Haven is the first proposed vacant land residential condominium in Baybounds. A vacant land condominium is a condominium that is registered without any buildings constructed on it. Mariner’s Haven will contain Sinclair Homes’ townhomes, as well as space for an apartment building that may become its own condominium corporation in the future.
